1.
Loves to bake and has experience baking with a strong understanding of best baking and sanitary practices.
2.

Has a strong presence in the community, through involvement in schools, youth organizations, community centers, etc.
4.
Self-driven and able to multi-task to meet deadlines independently.
5.
Has access to sufficient time devoted to baking in a child-free, pet-free kitchen
6.
Able to drive baked goods for pickup or delivery in own vehicle.
